I have had SurePayroll for three years. The first 2 years mistakes were made resulting in state tax late deposits. The only way I was notified is via e-mail with a refund and some lame excuse. This after proper filing then they cannot. This year the same thing. They filed 2 quarters then said EIN was wrong. It was not. Asked why they filed correctly 2 qtrs now all of a sudden, they could not (confirmed with my state agency on this) It has been 4 months and a dozen phone calls each person apologizing and saying they will get it corrected with promises of follow up. The admitted their mistake more than a month ago and here we sit. Now qtr 4 not done properly. No follow up on commitments, empty promises, no resolution, no answers to simple questions. The last person (escalation supervisor) promising to help failed on continued promises to follow up and correct. Now the last 5 times trying to reach her leaving messages with ZERO RESPONSE. Stay away nothing but problems and zero support. Sales will talk a great game but after that your on your own with no control or support at all nothing but aggravation and state tax notices to your business
Recommendation: Don't get sucked in by the web hype and sales promises. Once you are a customer you are a nothing and you will get no support no matter who you talk tog
