We have a prepaid automatic delivery contract. Our 325 gallon tank was down to 18% Website says to call if below 30. Called on Thursday, spent an hour on hold. Rep claimed the computer said had 35 % when I was standing there staring at the gauge. Practically called me a liar.
No delivery Friday Saturday, or Monday. I called again, Number 147 in line, 122 minute wait. In frustration I actually drove to their distribution facility while on hold. Guess what? No walk in service no local number.
Tuesday no delivery, Wednesday no delivery, Finally showed Thursday when I was about 5%, They then put in 225 gallons instead of filling it.

Recommendation: Find anyone else even Satan himself for the service
