So, I got this hoodie from SuperHeroStuff and it was looking pretty good when I first got it. It was a Xavier school hoodie and I was really happy with how it looked. But, after washing it a couple of times and wearing it only 10 times, the zipper teeth started falling off. I was really disappointed because I paid around $65 for it and I don't think it's worth that much if it's going to fall apart so quickly. I don't think I'll be buying from SuperHeroStuff again if this is the kind of quality they're selling.
Terrible Service from SuperHeroStuff: Delayed Shipping and No Response to Emails
I bought some stuff from SuperHeroStuff for Christmas way back in September. They sent it out on the 29th of September, but then on the 9th of October, it was sent back to them. I got in touch with them and they said I needed to confirm my address for the shipping company. So I did that, but now it's the 3rd of November and they haven't replied to my last three emails. According to the tracking, my stuff is still just sitting there in limbo. It hasn't even been sent back to me yet. This is some useless service, let me tell you. I've asked them to either send my stuff again or give me my money back, but they haven't replied. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
