They charged me around £60 for a hair cut assuming I wanted a supercut - I just wanted a correction for my hair. The haircut took under an hour. Initially I thought she said £16.40 - I didn't understand what she was saying to me and I remembered on the website wash and cut was from £33. I went there only because they are meant to be affordable. The hairdresser was trying to blow dry my hair even though I said no to her because it is not good for my curly hair. She kept blowing on my neck to get rid of the hair instead of using a brush. When the person at reception finally quoted the price I was shocked. They laughed when I thought they quoted £16.40 saying those are children's prices. I told them I didn't want a blow dry and they did not tell me they were offering me a supercut. I never asked for a super cut. They took the price off for blow dry and I ended up paying £58! Other places charge £40. What did I pay for? They are exploitative and are only concerned about making money. I will never go there again. Is a hair cut really £58? - A wash and cut?-
