Supercuts review: Intentional damage of my hair during standard trimming

The hairdresser Carol Kremer intentionally cut my hair 2 inches shorter one side of my head. She created uneven layers all have my head. The banks were different length of each side of my face. Because the hair were wet I couldn't see the damages until I dried and tried to style them at home. That day I requested only to trim my hair not more then 0.5 inch from the ends and trim my bangs and I paid a proper charges for trimming only. I took the hairdresser to small claim court, but theJudge believed that it should to sew Super Cuts instead the hairdresser. Even thought the other hairdresser made correctional cut my hair where still uneven and I lost additional 2 inches of my hair. Now I am left with a horrible and embracing haircut for few years to come. I would not advise anyone to go to Super Cuts. There is no accountability for their bad work. The hairdresser butchered my hair and the manger stood by her. The company has no policy to prosecute or fire bad employees.
