Supercuts review: Highlights done by untrained stylist

Got charged for "xtra large highlights" which were absolutley awful. She should not be doing highlights until trained. I had to spend the first day of my trip out of town getting the mess up fixed. Everyone in the new salon kept asking me "what happened?!" There are stripes every which way in every direction and the new sylist advised that the highlight was clumped on and it bled down my hair and dyed my scalp. I also got waxing done and my eyebrows were done WAY too thin. I just said I wanted them shaped. My skin broke out since no one has ever taken that much hair off before. The total of my purchase was $132. I then spend another $260 to get the issues fixed. It took 3 processes. Can't fix my eyebrows since the hair is gone. Just waiting for them to grow back. No one in the new salon I went to had ever seen such a poor highlight job with all the various strips and lines going horizontal, too. The color was beyond awful, too. it was extremely orange and brassy. another sylist tried to give her hints in how to mix the highlights. I should have left that second.
