Supercuts review: Eyebrow waxing

Hello, we will never go into another Supercuts again. We had been going for a couple of years, I will tell everyone to never go into Supercuts.

My 12 year old daughter had her eyebrows waxed several times at the same location without any problems. Monday Aug. 12, 2019 I took her in for a brow wax the day before Middle School pictures. After the waxing she complained of severe pain on her eyelids. I looked at her eyes in the sunlight and her skin had been ripped off, several layers. She complained of burning and stinging on her eyelids.

We both cried, I put a washcloth with cool water over her eyes.
I called Supercuts Main Office and asked them what to do? He had no advice except to go to the hospital if it worsened. The man gave me a Reference number and told me the owner of the Franchise would call me within 1-2 days. He never contacted me.

My daughter has scabs on her eyelids currently, it's been 3 days. I'm still waiting to be contacted by the owner.

Not only has this incident been physically painful for my daughter, it has ruined her trust with me and others. She flinches if anyone gets their hands too close to her face.

I'd like this horrible experience to be rectified please.
She has been made to feel as if she doesn't matter. My daughter is on The Principles Honor Roll, 4.0 student, she deserves justice.
