On the 6/7/2014 I purchased what I thought was a free trial of super keytone plus and aloe ferox cleanse. Today 25/7/2014 I checked my account and realised my account has been debited for 79.95 twice for these pills on the 21/7/2014 and 22/7/2014. I rang said company and explained how I felt their website was very misleading and i felt i had been duped. It was not clearly stated that I would be billed for said FREE products and that they were in fact not a free trial. I only received the procucts on the 11/7/2014. The lady I spoke to kept referring back to the terms and conditions which I unknowingly signed up to and after a very irrate conversation agreed to refund half. I explained the bottles had not even been opened and that i could return them in their original condition but she would not even consider this. I asked to speak to someone in charge which she refused to do. I am furious and feel quite embarrassed as I am usually quite savvy when it comes to online purchases but feel this company deliberately misleads on costs.

I ordered the 'free trial' which didn't arrive until 10 days later, I tried the product which had no success, then they took £79.95 out of my account without my knowledge, when I contacted them to complain I was met with a rather smug operator who simply kept stating that I should have cancelled within 14 days of the order and that "it was all in the terms and conditions", when I explained that I was not made aware of this when I placed the trial order and the fact that the product had taken 10 days to come, effectively leaving 4 days he simply kept responding that it was 14 days from the order date and they did not have to give me a refund, what a rip off

If people actually read there terms and conditions instead of just agreeing to them you would realize it's your own mistake and not a scam. Take responsibility for your own mistakes instead of blaming the company when the website clearly states you have to call and cancel your trial.

I also feel duped by this so called offer> I placed an order on 13th July, received on 25th July> I did not look at my bank account as I did not realise I would be billed immediately for these free trial pills!! HOWEVER I have now received further supply of them, not requested, and to my horror have found that in the space of ! month they have taken £327 from my bank account.!! Having phoned the company I kept being told to refer to T&Cs and needed an RMA to be able to return pills not used> As I was told on my first phone call to phone back in 4hours time, which I was unable to do I posted the pills to the return address> It seems unlikely that I will ever get a refund of any of the money they have taken> I agree with Chris that this is a scam - obtaining money by offering a free trial but charging for the pills before you have a chance to see the efficacy of them> -I would warn anyone to read the T&Cs carefully before ordering --they can be found at the bottom of the page.

Not sure if they are a scam company, BUT they are certainly very unethical. They are only after your money. They probably operate just inside the law, but rely heavily on quoting their T & C's to catch you out and blame you for not following them, i.e stating " refer to your Terms and Conditions " when you are in dispute.. I have read their T&C's and they make them very hard to follow with lots of small print. Make sure you know a solicitor who can decipher these T&C's. Very clever company at keeping your money, but, as said, very unethical. Please, avoid.

Similar experience to many above so I called and threatened a County Court Summons if they did not refund immediately. In the small claims court no legal fees can be claimed even if you lose and it would cost these crooks a lot more than £80 to defend so they issued a refund reference number but I must return the useless junk pills that the BMA rightly calls, "witchcraft". I was quite prepared to go to court if need be because this disho9nest kind of marketing must be challenged and stopped dead in its tracks.

I see many of you claiming yourselves to be "savvy", well i was quite aware of the point that i would be charged 7995 on the 14th day of my order, infact did contact the company on the toll free number they provided "during" my trial offer and was happily met by a customer service rep who was eager to please, not only did i get an EXTRA 10 day trial to try them out, but was offered a 50% discount for end of the trial time billing and a LIFETIME 50% discount, simply because I called the company during my "trial time" and met a customer service rep who was eager to help me reach my weightloss goals, to be honest, the diet pills worked though i didn't continue with the aloe vera cleanse after the first month (again offered by the the cs rep) and they have kept true to me paying 39.98 monthly, haven't missed one single shipment and the am soon to reach my weighloss goal. Super Ketone Plus has been one of the few that wasn't just worried about thier bottem line they were worried about helping me live a healthier life, and all because a simple phone call within the trial time i knew EXACTLY what to expect and when to expect it, how do you blame a company for ones lack of maintaining contact with someone trying tohelp you out...signed 36 lbs lighter ME

I paid for postage for a free sample. My account has now been debited £79.95 and will continue to be debited for items I do not want.

I also got the free offer and paid for postage on both products. I was shocked to find my I was charged for 79.95 twice.I was furious AND CALLED KETONES to ask why this happened .I was told it wasn't a free product only a 14 day free trial and if had not informed the company that I did not want the product then I was being charged for a months supply. they would continue to bill me every month for their products. the second payment had been taken from my account for a months supply even though I had not received any products. I had a huge argument with some cokey bloke that agreed to return me the second 79.95 .he wasn't interested that I felt I had been mislaid into thinking the 30 day free supply was indeed free. what a scam I told him his advertising was very miss leading. I have been in contact with my credit company and put a stop to any they may try and take from my credit card.

Had a similar experience with ordering this product believing it was a free trial. Within a few hours of ordering I looked online to see more about the product and came across the numerous complaints. I then realised what I was signing up to and quickly phoned the company to cancel the order. Like so many others I had fallen for what looked like a free trial offer. The woman I spoke to was quite rude and only by my being extremely persistent did she finally cancel my order and arrange a refund of my postage since the product had not yet been posted. I had an email confirmation of the cancellation and refund. Two days later I had a call from the company offering me a reduced price (½) for a subscription for the product. I said absolutely not. A few days later the product was delivered to me! I contacted my bank to block any payments to this company. I also contacted Trading Standards and was told I did not have to return the product since the order had been cancelled and I could treat it as an unsolicited gift. This is a really pushy, nasty and misleading company. Under other circumstances I would return the product but I feel I don't own this company any favours and have thrown their product in the bin.

Heelp I stupidly agreed. And they have taken 89 pound from my account. Was supposed to just be a free trial which by the way did not work and I was also inundated with sales calls. Ive cut them off at the bank but dont know the number to call as changed emails and all are lost

these people have no shame! I bought their free trial and days after they took £79 out of my account, i was shocked and called the bank who explained me that it is a scam that I need to call them directly. After spending an hour in the phone with super Keton's customer service i manged to get my money refunded. The lady keep saying that it is in their terms and conditions but their terms and conditions is not even clearly mentioned when you purchase their free trial. The worst of all I could not even try their free trial since i am allergic to one of ingredients and of course when you purchase the product its ingredients are not mentioned anywhere! This company should be shut down!

I fell for this too buying both Super Ketone and Aloe Vera tablets paying by credit card. I only realised I had been debited 2x £79.95 when my credit card statement arrived which was weeks later and by that time they had issued another 2 debits. When I called the lady was insistent it was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions. I told her I felt it was underhand and unethical to "hide" this in the terms and conditions instead of making it clear and transparent on the website. I kept being told I should have read the terms and conditions they are there to protect me and them - I think we all know who the terms and conditions are protecting! I also asked why I was not sent a contract or payment schedule if I was entering into a regular agreement and was told they do not need to. I am so cross and cannot understand why Trading Standards cannot close these sites down.
They are clever crooks hiding behind clever terms and conditions.
    Please do not use them!!!

Superketoneplus.com and aloeveracleanse.com both are same company and charge you separately. They are real thieves. They said free product on the website and only charge for shipping and they say they publish the T&C’s but couldnt see anywhere and not even sent a letter with the product to explain T&C’s and I was surprised to see that I was charged 79.95 and when I called them to question this they copy paste the T&C’s paragraph and send it to me. This is daylight robbery and how is the consumer obudsman allowing this. This is cheating the consumers and than they refuse to refund as well. They should be banned from selling their products as they dont work and the free trial is a trap. They store your card and bank details to rob you every month before you realise you would have lost a few hundred pounds in weight and few pounds not with their pills but with the worry that you wasted your money on a useless and worthless product and didnt realise you were being cheated.

Most of these recent scams are created by Gabriel and Oded Eddy Kariti who run their criminal operation from 147 Mountain View Drive, Lakeview, New Jersey 08701.
Apparently they are known as the King and Queen of autoship frauda as they have stollen from thousands of honest folk.
They also were arrested for drug smugling and money laundering on Staten Island in 2009 so pretty unpleasant characters.

Its quite likley that the page on which the checkout was when you purchased the product did NOT have terms and conditions on because they revolve them so if they are running an advertising campaign on facebook which will lead to a fake newspaper and from there to the website . Therefore all you need to do to PROVE to the bank that you did NOT authorise any payment as they revolve the checkout pages.
Although its a hassle you have to cancel your credit or debit card and then take a print out of the revelevent fake newspaper for example http space space :// space space inwomenshealthmag.com/denise/?t202id=129&c1=3802&t202kw= then next look at the checkout pages for instance you may have purchased from keytoneslimxt.com and in that case fill in some garbled email and contact details to go to the checkout page .
Now look at the url and if you alter the number offer5 or offer6 etc to offer10 lo and behold you will find a "secret" checkout page they use sometimes with NO TERMS AND CONDITIONS on
Now if you print that out you say to bank thats similar to the one you used and they revolve the checkout pages and also on the offer10 i mentioned it also shows the womenshealth magazine logo that proves the person who is stealing the money made the fake newspaper too. Do a search under their names and three million dollar drugs bust in 2009 and mention also to the bank that they are obviously involved in drug smugling and money laundering and teh bank is under an obligation not to assist money laundering eh ?
More importantly if its one that mny friend got scammed on for rasperry ketone you have to get prrof by doing printouts and sending evidence you did not sign up to any terms as you can privide evidence if you do what i say here if the linsk dont get stripped out by the forum .Its enough to prove it and if we can spread the word just 100 chargebacks will save honest folks 20 thousand pounds these criminbals wont get and help ghet their merchant account withdrawn
Im not sure if the links get stripped on this site but if you find them you and do a print out you will get your money back under the chargeback scheme as it shows its an unathorised stealing of money and created by a fraudster
Do please do this as you will get your money back and teh links for proof on may of the recent uk scams is these
    http://inwomenshealthmag.com/denise/?t202id=129&c1=3802&t202kw= and https://ketoneslimxt.com/offer10/order.php?prospectId=1007157&shipcountry=GB&cid=463&AFID=&AFFID=4001&SID=&TID=&AID=&click_id=&C1=137&C2=3802&C3=
You may also like to know the couple who are responsible for thousands and thousand of these scams in the names of comapnies such as HEALTHY ESSENTIALS LTD, SUPERIOR NUTRITIONAL LTD, EVIDENT HEALTH LTD, NUTRITION FIRST LTD.First to Market Ltd, YTK HEALTH SOLUTIONS LTD all run by the same couple .

Should not have been charged £ 79-95 as it was supposed to be FREE, but on the 4-12-14 when I phoned the lady said I should have read the rules of the 14 days !!! I am now trying through my credit card company to get a refund ! I had to stop the tablets after taking only 10, therefore the balance can be sent back ! THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED ! The reason for not taking anymore is that they gave me diahhorea and thats when I told them I stopped taking the pills, therefore 1 month had not even past !!! Now because of the 14 day trial, they are not prepared to refund the £79-95.
THIS IS DEFINATELY A SCAM and if you calculate all the initial £79-95 they keep, they are obviously making good money !!! at the cost of us !!

When I signed up for the free trial I got a feeling that I missed something and by chance happened to read the very small text at the bottom of the page that I would be charged 79, 95 every month for the subscription. Within 20 minutes of me ordering I called the line and had the order cancelled immediately. The man who was only doing him job was trying to convince me not to do so. In the end after half and hour of calling to America from UK it was canceled and didn't have to pay anything. But luckily for me I still got the pills. Called the UK line to say I have received the pills and they said I could keep it as it was a fault from the American side.

I have also been bitten by this company. It is now 15 days since order and I have not received anything and have been charged ofr postage, insurance (which I opted out of), and 1 months supply. I called the company yesterday to state that I had not received anything and wanted to cancel everything to make sure I wasn't charged the £79.95 and receive a refund for the postage and insurance. The call operator assured me that everything was stopped and that I wouldn't be charged. Today I have seen the charge come through and have called again only to hear that the pills were re-shipped yesterday and that I would have to wait for them to come through in order to get a refund and even then they would not refund postage and insurance. What a scam.

I ordered these goods for a free trial in December. Received after some length of time but have not tested them yet. On checking my bank account I found that £79.95 has been taken out of it twice!! I have been trying to find a contact number but when I rang it, it did not recognise the number. What do I do now? Will I have to cancel my card and order a new one? I have been truly scanned and furious! How can people get away with this??

This is a complete scam. A pop up came up while on the HSBC site offering a free one month offer. The pop up showed the HSBC logo with a choice of various products ( skin care cream, diet pills, 3 items in total) that was to say thank you for your complete survey. The offer included for me to pay only for the Delivery of £1.99. and nothing else.
I have now been charge £81.94 + 1.99 for 2 different months. I have now contacted the Bank to freeze the transfer and am awaiting some way of getting back my money. Please don't use this product!

I have also been scammed by them and have been calling/emailing them with no luck. They took 47.97 from my account for nothing and the products are rubbish.
They said it was not true and made me look stupid by saying things like: Do you drink water, have you read the label, Do you eat regular, etc. UHH like I don't know anything or what?!
I was thinking about gathering more info about them and maybe if more people want to join me, stop this company by taking them to court.
Its time that scammers like this get stopped once and for all

My daughter innocently signed up for the free trial after seeing a facebook ad. If I'd have known, I would've stopped her doing it. She received 2 bottles, one of Ketones and one of Prima-cleanse. They arrived soon after order. I saw them and quizzed her about it. I told her to send them back straightaway. After checking the website she originally used (luckily, in browser history), and the terms and conditions, I was horrified that it looked like a legit way of maintaining continuous payments. She is a student and has no money in her bank account anyway, so they cannot get any money. The T&Cs stated 14 days to cancel. I tried the phoneline but it was so bad I couldn't hear the person on the other end. She did get emails stating delivery tracking. She emailed the company (Customer Support <[email protected]>) well within the 14 days saying she wanted to cancel and would return the items as they had not even been opened. She was told to call the company! There was a website address at the bottom - https://ketoneslimxt.com/contact_beta1.html - this does not work!! I have sent further emails on her behalf, because to return items the T&Cs stated you need a Return Merchant Authorisation number to write on the outside of the package. I cannot get them to email this number, and cannot access the phoneline. They did however email a return address in Milton Keynes, so I will just have to send them there with a copy of the despatch note (it's a Wales address on the despatch note!). We are nearly at the end of the 14 day period, so I must act fast. As far as I am concerned, she will have kept to her side of the bargain, now they need to keep to theirs.

Unfortunately I've also just fallen for this SCAM !!!
I responded to a newspaper advert early Dec 2014, placing my credit card for £2.95, for a free trial of Super Ketone Plus
To our horror, £79.95 had been debited from my account
I called customer services, a women told me I should have read the terms and conditions.
The fact is these terms and conditions, which admittedly are clearly laid out on there website, but we're absolutely not listed in the newspaper advert.
The women put the phone down on me.

So how can we collectively go about trying to reclaim our money back?

With respect I received a advert to superketeon a so call wonder diet helper so I thought I would try it and in due I put the order in for a FREE trail in due the free trail arrived and I just started as advised but to my dismay it was just a waste of time and money .but what was more upsetting was when I looked at my bank account they had taken in total in less than 34 days they had taken £349.70 out of my account so having found this out I due phone to discuss and was at first met with polite conversation and I tried to put my point over to the man who I was talking to but I just could not get him to understand that the word free means free and it means to try some think and if O.K then you odder but to be honest it is just a big scam it is not even worth the paper on the advert but not to go on about it to much I politely ask for a re fund and was told in no terms that this was not going to happen oh I should say I received the free trail and on the 12/1/15 I received by post one bottle supper ketone and that is all I had for my money I also tried to explain that I had not received any goods but he just said I had I suppose he thought I was trying it on but I assure any one I was not I have had only this one bottle for my 349.70 so I have taken another way to get my money back and I have just found out I have had some success in it but I have also gone to my bank to make sure that they do not steel any more of my money

Also we fell into this scam.
But after calling HSBC (our bank involved) they refunded all payments that they took after the trial payments.
In our case that was £4.95 and £2.95 which we agreed to. But the bank told us that this company
took again and again (total about £440, -) by using the card details again.
They cannot keep these details and for sure not use them again.
I asked this directly to my bank. They agreed.

But I have to say, that they were specially careful after I asked HSBC if they were on this scam too.
As at the last payment I was £80.- in overdraft. I have a formal overdraft of £100.- So I only had £20.- available balance.
When I use my card details online to buy something of £50.- the bank always declines the payment.
But now they decided that I can go in overdraft up to £160.-???
This they could not as they told me themselves that they would not allow any payments to go over the formal
overdraft +£15.- And this is to protect me. Nice protection!!
So I asked them directly if they wanted me to go more into overdraft by authorising this payment anyway.
After consulting a manager he told me they would refund all disputed payments.
Which were refunded in 12 hours.

    Conclusion;

I don't know how this company can do this, but HSBC is on their side.

    Ps.
Make sure you tell SuperKetone that you did try to cancel in the 14 days, but you tried to call in the evening after 09:00pm.
They are stating in their terms that they are always open (24 hours and 7days a week.)
But they are not. They close every day at 08:00pm or 09:00pm and in the weekend even earlier.

    One more thing;

I do have to say that I did have to block my card and to request a new one.
The bank could not guarantee that they can stop future payments from this company.
(Again something what makes me think about the bank)

Certainly not my idea of a 'free trial' not when it costs you nearly £200 for the 2 products. T&C's are so confusing. No wonder they can catch so many people out. Shouldn't be allowed to still be happening.
