Super 8 review: problems with hotel services and accommodations

On my stay here, I booked three rooms, and in each room the tv failed to work, the remotes did not work; not allowing us to change channels or turn the tv off in general, and in order to turn the TVs off we had to manually unplug them. The floors and bathrooms were filthy, dirt would continuously cover the soles of me and my families feet. Along with being unclean the toilets would sometimes delay flushing or not flush at all for long periods of time, and along with this there were cockroaches in each room and some crawling along the bed where we had a child sleeping. The lack of quality and service no where near matches the ludacris prices, please look into this. Their manager is Gautam Shah. Thank you.
