Sunglass Hut International review: Store never open on time or someone gone with it closed

I went to the Sunglass store located in Westgate Mall Spartanburg SC today at 11am when time to open. The store did not open until 11:40 because I was waiting.

The employee there was unable to help me with the repair I needed and have ordered what I need from Ray Ban website directly but she was extremely rude.

Every time I try to go there the store has the gate down and is not open or away?! I find that ridiculous when they go to lunch or whatever they are doing to not be open during business hours!

Desired outcome: Customer service improvment and work store hours
