Hello

We are seasonals at Wild Acres in Old Orchard Maine.

We are site vk10. This will be our third season being seasonals.

I tried being polite with Mikayla and Jess and got nowhere. There is major inconsistency on how people and sites are treated here and I’m tired of it. Site vk9 put up a fence to apparently ‘protect their sewer line’ this was never an issue until we just put up a deck 2 weeks ago. Why the end of August after they’ve been here for years is this all of a sudden an issue? I emailed Mikayla a photo saying it’s been placed over onto our site and I provided a photo. I was told by the office the site markings are the post to our shed. So If we draw a straight line from vk9 post to the corner of our shed it’s clearly over. Why is this ok? I asked to have it pushed back onto their site. This shouldn’t have even been an issue. It should have been well made sure it gets moved.

Her response was "It’s approved and staying where it is" I did not approve anyone to put their stuff on to the site that I have paid for. I didn’t place the shed, the campground did, I didn’t put the post in the ground the campground did. I'm just going off the obvious landmarks to see it over to the area I have paid for. This is the back side of the person's camper, they NEVER come to this side.

I was polite and didn’t argue when asking for it to be moved over and as you can see in the photo, below their 4’ tall fence the sewer goes into the ground prior to their 4” tall fencing and 18” prior to the 4’ tall fence, so why is the fence so far out and onto my site? Why is this fence needed at the end of August all of a sudden? Why is it fencing is not allowed and others have been made to remove theirs but this is ok. This really should not be an issue but because these people work here they’re clearly getting special treatment and I don’t appreciate it. Wild Acres has made other campers move their campers because they’re too far over and have made many people pull down fencing that has been up for years. Why just because these people work here are they allowed to get away with it? It’s not right if someone has their property on the space I have paid for. I asked nicely and expected it to be addressed without an issue.

I'd appreciate it if someone would take responsibility and treat everybody with the same respect whether they work here or not.

I have left a voicemail at the [protected] number as well and in the past with no response. I'd appreciate a response and this being dealt with.

I have attached a photo as evidence.

Thank you

Travis

Desired outcome: I just want their fencing moved on to their site.
