I have an issue that I like to address. I tried to resolve it with the office but to no avail. First, Flooding - I asked the ground guy could he even out the area with dirt so water would not accumulate. He informed me that I needed to report it to the office which I did several times. Second, I have informed the office on several different occasions about the flooding after it rains. I am the only lot that it floods in this area. This site sits lower than the other lots around me. Third, my neighbor informed me that she was also in this location and they moved her from this location #11 to #10. Instead of resolving the flooding issue, they left it for another tenant to deal with it once again.
SOLUTION: All was needed was some dirt to even out the ground.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology for the inconvenience, have the area even out so that the water will not accumulate or move of my choose. I have photos but I'm having issue uploading them.
