Sun Communities review: Maintenance Issue

Maintenance Department @LaCosta Village, Port Orange, Fl, very non-responsive to maintenance issues. Called about a plumbing problem, which was reported to office. 3 hours later office called and said Maint.'
Dir. said it was our problem, not LaCosta's. I Called a Plumbing Co. that I knew and they suggested to call the City Utility Co. and have them come out and check our main drain. Why didn't the Maint. Dir. suggest this?
Very lazy & incompetent. It was the main drain and we did not have to pay a Plumber, thank goodness. I am glad I knew staff at the Plumbing Co., or they would come out and charged a big bill.
