Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling of Dayton

Summers rep was polite and efficient in checking our air condition system.

I agreed to and paid for a furnace installation of an American Standard on 7/21 with Summers of Dayton, Inc. The actual model number on the installed unit is GCESXXXXXXBNAA, SN XXXXXXXXXX which is a American Standard model. The front cover design of the unit is American Standard not Summers and there was with no factory nameplate. I took off the cover to find the actual model and serial #. A follow-up letter from Summers says they registered the unit "with American Standard. The American Standard website will not accept a search for that model and serial number, but the Summers website will. The warranty paperwork (titled "registration certificate") was generated from Summers, not from American Standard or Summers. I have had two conversations with our salesman who has not gotten back to me with an explanation. There is a big price difference and one major part difference between the two brands. I have not received an answer about this discrepancy in models. Invoice # XXXXXX Acct #XXXXXX. Name on the account is my spouse, John Doe.

The unprofessionalism and disgusting attitude of the general manager is atrocious. Summers has done nothing but take advantage of my mom, taken her money and done NOTHING to fix her never ending problems with her system. This is the worst experience she has ever had with a company other than dealing with AT&T when my dad died. Now I have to deal with my mother in tears on a weekly basis because these people won't do anything to help her, Won't do their JOBS. They just take her money and give her nothing to show for it.

I scheduled an appointment with this company a month ago During the month they called me once to confirm my appointment and today the day of my appointment they decided to call Again and because I didn't answer the phone they canceled my appointment that I've had for a month. I wonder how many people that are elderly and deaf they have done this too because that is ridiculous. What if an elderly person doesn't hear the phone ring do they just cancel their appointment also. I have been using this company for years and now they pull this it's hard for me to call them back to have them come out I have prepaid for them to come out and they still owe me a free AC check because I prepaid for it.

I had this company put in new gas lines and water lines for me in November they did a horrible job at first they were really nice until they got the job and then they treated me like crap they started bossing me around Josh telling me to stay in my other room of my house and make my dog shut up Steve said if I did not sign the paperwork he would put a lien against my house and get the money that way they refused to give me my paperwork what all they did and I still have not received it it's 2021 they refuse they said the work is good for one year November I had a gas leak at my house they refused to come out the fire department even talk to them Megan said she didn't care of my house burned down they was not going to come out and help me City Of Middletown got involved they are not allowed to do work in the City Of Middletown Megan also told my sister that she was going to put a restraining order against me for winning a copy of my paperwork I had a service contract for $149 they were post to come out and flush my hot water tank but they refused I could've died in my house but they didn't care I had a lot of carbon monoxide buildup from the gas leak this is not right what they did to me and nobody should ever be treated this way!
