Summar Financial is the best Factoring Company for carriers. They are very professional, friendly, and extremely concerned. It feels like you are working with your family, a good family. We already had three in the last year, and Summar has broken expectations of respect for their customers and excellent service. They protect our income and never take your money when a broker does not pay. They also collect the bills.

Summar is a good company. When I first started, I was a little unsure, but Lina and Andres made it easy and clear what they do. I recommend Summar to anyone looking for factoring. Why do invoicing when Summar can do it all for you? Invoicing, credit checks, getting paid right away after each load is dropped, etc. Very convenient while I'm out doing what I do best as an owner operator. They offer good rates when you start with them and always there when you need help or any questions you may have! Thank you Summar for being there! Stay away from Summar Financial, LLC if you're an owner operator. They say they have low costs and fees, but they nickel and dime you for everything. I have a few related businesses and I trusted them with my new company. At first, everything was fine and I asked a lot of questions. The rate they offered was higher than what I was used to, but they offered some things that other factoring companies didn't, so I went with them. They have a lot of people who call to onboard you, but once you sign the agreement, they stop answering calls and try to send you back to the sales rep who sold you the contract. They make you sign a one-year contract that auto-renews if you don't cancel in writing. I signed up on 9/16/2022 and got my onboarding call on 9/20/2022. During that call, they told me they were taking $300 out of my first load for administration and filing fees. I don't like surprise charges. I don't argue with people's prices, but I won't do business with a company that practices surprise charges. They do anything to get you to sign, and when they admitted guilt on a recorded line, they didn't do anything to help me. I asked to be released from the agreement, but they gave me the runaround all day. The manager, ***, asked me what my plans were elsewhere, and I screamed at the top of my lungs after being so frustrated with this company. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I usually write good reviews, but they don't deserve good clients like me. I run a reputable business, and I've never even processed a single invoice with them. Check out reviews on ***.

I signed up with Summar for factoring our trucking loads that we transport with brokers. Our job is to transport loads and upload all documents to Summar's portal. Then, they pay us for the load taking the agreed percentage fee. Their job is to contact brokers to get paid for the load and recoup their money. We have been struggling to get paid as they don't pay us until they have confirmation from the broker, which they didn't tell us before. They only advised us to check the broker, and if approved, it was all good to go. The contract was for 3 months, which expires on September 6, 2022. We were promised a trial, and if we liked it, we could renew after that. Now, we want to cancel because we are dissatisfied with their service, but they are refusing to cancel, saying it was on auto-renew and we had to give a 30-day notice to cancel. It's a scam because they don't disclose all the information upfront, offer terrible services, and renew the contract for a full year without our consent.
