Suburban Propane review: Residential propane billed but not delivered

I am on will-call delivery and did not request propane delivery, however I was billed a total of $75.10 broken down as follows:
Propane minimum bill $60
Transportation $15.10
Total charges $75.10
The invoice also shows 0.0 gallons delivered. I have 4 dogs protecting my fenced and gated property and no access is possible without my presence. I checked the tank area for tire tracks- none. I also checked the tank gauge and the % of fuel has not changed over the last two months. This bill for a non-existent delivery I did not request is unacceptable. I immediately called the local Propane office and was assured they would remove the charges from my account and notify management.

Desired outcome: I would like this incident to be noted and some form of record kept in the event myself or another customer experiences a repeat of this issue.
