I made an order of 240 euros, and all of the items I picked were said to be shipped withing 24 hours and in stock, however several weeks have passed and they didn't shipped anything, I've sent in several emails, 12 to be more precise, I've made 4 website tickets, and I got zero replies! I posted over their instagram where they are extremely active posting several times a day, and also zero replies about my inquiry!
Desired outcome: Either ship my order, reply to my email or give me my money back
