I ordered an item from stuff4crafts on overstock marketplace. They not only shipped late, but my item is lost in transit and I cannot get a refund as they have stopped responding to me. Overstock will not help me, even though my PayPal payment was to them. I have no recourse here apparently, except to go to my bank and do a chargeback. I will never buy from them or overstock again and I will spread my experience on every website I can.

Take a look at their site through Walmart.com for lettering enamel. Seven items shown, for sixteen dollars, free shipping. But that turns out to be from you. You aren't the one doing the shipping, Stuff4crafts is. They charged highly for what turned out to be not the seven items shown, bot one eight ounce can of paint I could have bought much cheaper elsewhere. Is Walmart this desperate for business. Stuff4crafts complaints show I am not alone on this false advertising.

The order was still in sort facility and no details were provided to me
I have ordered from Stuff4crafts, but when I checked the tracking number it showed that my order was still in their sort facility. They gave also the details of USPS, but they refused to give any information, because the order was in sort facility. It was really strange and suspicious, because company didn’t reply to my requests as well. I really need some advice, because I feel that something is wrong with my order.

Same problem. Once they have your money they don’t care about you and will not help.
An email from you inquiring about your order was received by us 1 hour ago. We were not even given the time to respond as you immediately opened this complaint. We always strive to offer the best customer service possible however we need our customers to give us the opportunity to do so. I have contacted FedEx and they are investigating the status of your order. Should it be found as lost, a full refund will be issued.
