Studio 88 review: Worst experience ever

I went to studio 88 phumlani mall around 12h45 i wanted to make a layby on a puma sneaker... I was looking for a size 6 which they did not have. I then asked for size 7 which showed that it was available on the system. A staff member who works at the stock room was asked to look for the shoe, he just shouted "we dont have". Which showed me he didn't even put effort to help me find the shoe. I then asked if they could help me locate the shoe they said the shoe is far they cant help me. They then told me to wait for the person who would help me. I waited and waited but the person didnt come. This shows me that studio88 doesn't take customers seriously cause they didnt even show me that they were looking for the shoe. If they knew that they didnt have sizes then why did they put the shoe on display.
