Studio 88 review: Size5 adidas takkies/ sneakers

Subject:Complaint Regarding Colour Difference on Adidas Sneakers Size 5

Good day,

I purchased a pair of Adidas size 5 takkies approximately a year ago( May 2025) at Quagga Shopping Centre. However, I noticed that the two takkies are different in colours and quality. One is white, while the other is cream/ off-white( As per the attached pictures)

I initially tried to raise this issue at the branch, but unfortunately, I was not assisted within one month of the purchase.

I returned to the branch again earlier this year to report the same issue, but unfortunately, the matter was still not resolved.

I am therefore raising the matter again in writing via email as I work abroad and normally return to South Africa after 8 months to a year, which makes it difficult for me to visit the branch ( Quagga Shopping Centre) regularly to follow up on the matter.

Attached is the proof payment as well as the pictures

I would appreciate it if you could please look into this matter and advise me on how it can be resolved.
