Studio 88 review: Pathetic customer service/selling fake tekkies at original prices

Studio 88 ladysmith customer service is pathetic. Bought addidas and puma tekkies and after a month collapsed on the inside was uncomfortable to wear. I ran around for a whole week and sent the shoes for investigation only to be told there's nothing wrong with the shoes and they cannot exchange or refund my money. The manager doesn't know how to handle customers complaints and has a terrible attitude. The regional manager was none the better. I paid R3500 for 2 pairs of fake tekkies which is daylight robbery. I want my money back ASAP. I am utterly disgusted at the bad customer service and dishonesty.
