I have purchased tickets for a concert in november from stubhub and yet have not received them.
I contacted them and they said the seller has the right to release them 2 hours prior to the concert!
I believe that when you buy a product and pay for it you get your product right then and there and the seller has no right to hold on to it.
Besides I have to make travel plans for the concert.
They assure me that they will provide tickets regardless but the concert is already sold out.
I will never work with them
