On 06/15/2020 I ordered 2 of the Blaux air conditioner units plus added a lifetime warranty and paid through Paypal.
I have never received any confirmation or any communication at all from Strong Current Enterprises.

I ordered an OSHENWATCH on 14th May, and it has never been received. I requested a refund through my PayPal Account but have never received a refund. I tried to trace the delivery but my computer ended up being locked due to suspicious website linked to this company. I was then forced to contact Microsoft Support who advised that my computer was being hacked. Microsoft managed to resolve the problem and I was able to regain control of my computer. This organisation is quite siphisticated and has pop ups that look like Microsoft contact but are in fact part of the scam to try to hack your computer. They provide support numbers and make themselves out to be Microsoft technicians. Do not deal with Strong Current Enterprises Limited or try to buy an OSHENWATCH.
It is obviously a SCAM

The Massager arrived broken. The little plastic collar on one of the masageing terminals was broken off. I managed to hold it together enough to get it to work. It worked for 2 weeks and now won't turn on at all. I changed batteries and still nothing.

Ordered on March 15, arrived on May 7.

I would like a refund of $78.99

I would like to return the watch that was purchases much earlier but billed & paid for may 8, 2020. The watch was delivered shortly thereafter. I followed the directions downloaded apps all but to no avail., I have never had a smart watch that was so difficult to program none of the recommended apps worked. Anytime you have to spend hours trying to program a smart with inadequite instructions it is not worth the money or time. I would like to get a refund for the purchase price
($58.94) and return the watch.

The Strong Current company based on Hong Kong sure knows how to advertise and I now believe they are a fraud. As another person I just read about who also ordered two air conditioners, I never heard back from them or received any confirmation from them.
My Pay Pal account has now paid out $189 and I have no idea how this will be resolved.

It will be interesting to see if i ever get a response from the sales company. I don't think I can get credit from Pay Pal.

I hope I've learned my lesson. This is the second time I've been "taken in."

My Name is Marie Kean We purchased on line 4 products, 3 mini air conditioners, made by Blaux, for 213.43 U.S. dollars, 39.99 us. for filters for the Blaux air conditioners, and 39.99 u.s. for a tube to help you breathe better, and 40.50 for insurance, of 100% money back guarantee and paypal insce, which I now believe was also a fraudulent claim. Paypal took all 4 payments out of my bank on June 18th, 2020 above amts are in Canadian funds they took U.S. dollars so amounts were more, We never received confirmation of our order or anything from this company, they are in Hong Kong impossible to get a hold of and from all the complaints from Paypal on this company Pay pal is not doing anything, I found complaints dating as far back at 2018 so why was this company not banded and a warning come up when I went to purchase it the reason I went thru paypal as I thought it was safer.

Help! Please. No products yet money taken from my account. Not received two products yet ordered in June 2020. The Products I ordered were a portable air condition unit and ordered extra filters for the portable small air conditioning unit. Now there is a growing concern that my money funds were taken yet the two products will not be shipped and mailed. Please please please help.

On 4/8 the day treat I ordered the touchless thermometers I sent this email and still received the items and was billed for them. I would like to know what to do to return them and get a full refund back onto my PayPal account of 281.93 plus any other funds taken out for these items..

I purchased a neck massager from this company and it didn't work . I was advised to return the product which I did at my expense $27.75 on )6/11/2020. I have not received a refund and PayPal is useless. I have tried to call the company and have them numerous e mails. I have tried having Paypal help me since I purchased the product thru them but they are useless.

Filled out form for 2 watches but had second thoughts and didn't submit nor authorize.
Next I get charged for two watches. Filed a dispute with PayPal but they ruled against me.
Contacted the ripoff company as PayPal suggested and told them I didn't order this product and wanted a refund. Never did receive anything from them.
Contacted PayPal and reported the problem again.
I was charged $109.93 on May 26, 2020 and still waiting.
Just a scam. Horrible company. No integrity.
And why when I click onto there website it takes me directly to PayPal?

I ordered 4 of these on May 31 and have emailed them many times without a response. They took the ~$204 off my charge card on 5/31, and have not given any indication when they will be shipped. Meanwhile, I have received at least 15 other marketing offers from them.

I ordered a Blaux portable AC unit over a month ago. My credit card was charged on 6/7/20. I still have not received the item. I have not even received an email from the company saying they received my order or when my purchase would be coming. They have already received my money. I want the item I purchased or my money refunded immediately. The company's name is Strong Current Enterprises Limited. The phone number on the credit card statement is [protected].

I ordered a Neck Relax neck massager on March 19th. After many messages enquiring as to it's whereabouts - it finally arrived on June 19th!
The item was poorly packaged, and in poor condition. I opened it - and was very surprised at how cheap the item was !
I immediately notified the company and requested information as to how to return it. It was NEVER USED!
I have had no reply to date!
I wish to have my $78.99 returned immediatedly! Please!

I ordered this product on June 9th, 2020. I never received an order number or update on product. I called to an order number the next, and was told my order would ship out the next day. I've not heard anything or received any information. I called today and canceled my order. I was told I would be refunded. I paid 78.94 and was refunded 7.89. This is ridiculous. I called them back and only get a survey to take, no one answers the phone.
