Reaching out on behalf of the Sunridge Vista HOA, for which *** is not turning over records, is not responding to phone calls, and hasn't paid the community's utilities for at least five months or more. I don't usually complain against a competitor, but the circumstances for this Association are dire, and it will be expensive for this Association to recreate activity due to the lack of response from Strategic HOA.
