They was on time, polite, and kept me up to date on the progress. The work they did on my roof was great and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend KY-KO Roofing Systems Inc to anyone who needs a new roof. They was very professional and easy to work with.

I went to KYKO on 9/16/2022 to get an estimate for my concrete tile roof. *** gave me the estimate and said they would replace the patio roof and do some repairs on the main house roof. The repairs included replacing broken tiles, re-nailing rake tiles, and fixing broken mortar joints. The crew came on Oct 11 and 12 to do the repairs. They replaced the patio roof like they said they would, but they didn't finish the main roof repairs. They didn't fix a bunch of mortar joints. I've called them a bunch of times since Oct 12 to get them to finish the job, but they keep saying the superintendent will call me back. They still haven't called me back. I want them to finish the job and I want to talk to the superintendent in person to find out why they can't even make a 5 minute phone call.

Very profesh. On time frame beginning to end. Great job! Very impressed with every person I dealt with.

Kyko is really good at making sure their work is top-notch and their customers are happy. I've had to use them three times for my flat roof and they always do a great job. I want to give a big thanks to Shane, Randi, David, Jose, Ryan, and Arthur for doing such a great job. They also did some Facia work for me and David and Jose did a better job than the original installer.

ky-ko roofing systems is a great company to work with. they came out quick for a quote and once we agreed on the price they were out within a week and did a fantastic job! they were fast and courteous and we have had no issues with the new foam roof. our electric bill went down considerably and the building feels much better in the warmer weather! i highly recommend ky-ko!

KY-KO roofing did a profesh job repairing my patio roof which had rotted after 25 years (go figure). From the initial estimate inspection meeting, to the schedulin and repair, everyone was profesh and respectful. Even the office schedulers kept me informed and updated on when the work would be done. I received a referral to KY-KO from another biz pro, and am happily satisfied with my choice. I would choose KY-KO again for profesh results.

Update: So, one of the big shots at KYKO Roofing finally got in touch with me and came over to my crib to talk about the mess his crew made of my place. He didn't exactly say sorry or anything, but he did offer to pay me back almost half of the $8K+ I had to shell out for repairs and stuff. I gotta say, that's pretty decent of him. It's not often you find someone who's willing to do the right thing these days. So, if you're on the hunt for a roofing contractor, you might wanna give these guys a look.

KY-KO Roofing Systems, Inc did a great job replacing our roof. They were pros and had it all together. What really stood out to me was how they cleaned up after themselves every day. They got rid of the old shingles and all the other junk that comes with roofing. When they put on the new shingles, they made sure to clean up again. They even painted our vent pipes to match the new shingles. I'd definitely recommend them if you need roofing work done!
