This is an awesome company. They replaced our roof in less than a day.After they were done and cleaned up, other than our new roof you couldn't tell they were here.Everyone was very nice and kept us informed. You won't go wrong using Integrity. I highly recommend them.

Did a great job. Called weekly to update on status of my siding. Installed team worked hard. Very respectful of my things around home. Ask my opinion on things they were doing and responded positively to what I had to offer. My house looks new and am excited to show it off.

This is a fantastic company to work with. They did a great job; I had communicated a request before the job began...the day of, they did not do it. However our project manager apologized and made the situation right. I would highly recommend and gladly do business with them again.

We had windows and siding replaced. They were fast, friendly and really did a great job with the whole install. Our neighbors even commented on how nice it looked. They cleaned everything up when they were done and we are so pleased with their service. You cant go wrong with Integrity!

Integrity provided a timely estimate and professionalism through the construction process. The materials were delivered a couple days before the install crew arrived. The roofing replacement went better than planned. We also had complete guttering replacement. All work and communication exceeded my expectations. They were competitively priced. They cleaned up completely after the work was done, leaving no mess behind. The supervisor was attentive and checked back with me to ensure my satisfaction. They were also present at the start of both jobs to ensure everything was ready to begin. The company kept me well informed about the arrival of materials and the start date. They followed up with me to ensure that everything went smoothly, there were no issues, and that I was completely satisfied. I loved the entire process! Fantastic customer service, and the workmanship was incredible! From the moment they helped me select the windows that would best fit my needs and budget, to the regular calls keeping me updated on how the window production and scheduling were going -- you can't ask for a better company to do business with. And the workers who installed our windows were thorough and they cared about the quality of the job they were doing. I will only give your company my business from now on. I can not say enough positive things about Integrity! Our recent project was very smooth. Integrity exceeded all of our expectations from delivery, to timing, to quality. Everyone I dealt with (Zac our salesman, Sarah and John in the office, Mike and Jessica the on site managers) went way above and beyond what I could have anticipated. They made a very stressful situation into a smooth process. This company and all of the people we dealt with there really stand up to the name Integrity! We had 3 windows replaced in our home and we were very happy with our experience with Integrity, from the sales person who came out for the initial consultation, thru the installation. We received calls almost weekly with a status on the order. With supply and demand as it is, it takes more time for the windows/products to come in. Just has to be expected given the way things are in our world today. It only took a couple of hours for all 3 windows to be installed, including the removal of the old windows. Crew worked together and efficiently. Would certainly recommend Integrity for all home repair needs.

Despite pleading with the salesperson, repeatedly, to thoroughly evaluate our decking due to its poor condition, they assured me that the two included sheets would likely be sufficient. Perhaps a few additional sheets at most. Due to their competitive pricing, we decided to hire them. However, as soon as the shingles were removed from our roof, they immediately requested an additional $5,000 because all of the decking was in bad shape. We are now forced to pay this amount out of our own pockets, without any insurance coverage or financing options. Initially, $12,000 was already an enormous sum for us to gather. Now, $17,000 seems nearly impossible. The alternative option presented to us was to forgo the replacement altogether and forfeit any warranty on the roof. The term "Integrity" is certainly misleading in this situation...

I am 100% satisfied with my new windows. All the people that I had contact with at Integrity Roofing, Siding, Gutters, & Windows from the start to the finish of my project were amazing. They regularly kept me updated as to when the windows might be received. Then once received as to when they could schedule the installation and then made sure that the date would be okay with me. Their crew arrived on time with the windows and kept with the task of installing eleven windows - all in one day. There was never anyone standing around even for a break and they did not take lunch hours. Each person knew their job function and kept working until the job was complete. They completely cleaned up inside and out before leaving for the day. All the guys were friendly - both toward me and each other and really worked well together. You have a highly skilled and efficient team working for you. I highly recommend Integrity Roofing, Siding, Gutters, & Windows.

I am very pleased with my new windows and siding. Very professional and courteous group that seemed to work almost nonstop. They cleaned up VERY well after work was done. I was contacted frequently about the arrival of materials and the windows, and the supervisor checked with me several times during the project about the progress. They were very good about the little details- like the caulk lines were very smooth (my pet peeve is bad caulk lines) and all the corner wraps were smooth. Every worker had a specific area of expertise and the siding looks fabulous. All the small details that I asked (replacing exterior lights, re-hanging a large decoration) were done without question. The workers inadvertently broke a plumbing pipe inside the house while working on the exterior, and Integrity was immediately there, on a Saturday, to ensure the pipe was repaired and clean-up was started. Great service and company!
