I bought a new 2020 F150 from Steve Coury Ford on October 8. Then, they called me in early March to buy a different new 2020 F150 with more features than the last one. So, I traded in the original F150 and bought the second F150 on March 23. But, the dealership was supposed to pay off the original loan, and they haven't done it yet, as of June 6. The original lender's website says that a check was sent on May 10, but it was immediately reversed on the same day. Then, on May 26, another check was sent to the original lender for payoff, but it was immediately reversed again. So, I had to make 2 extra payments on a truck that I don't have possession of, just to save my credit from getting ruined because of Steve Coury Ford. I have contacted the dealership several times about this issue, but they keep saying they will take care of it, but they don't. Also, the original F150 has been sold to a new buyer, even though it still has a loan on it in my name. So, don't buy from Steve Coury Ford or any of his dealerships. There are many other reviews on all platforms describing this scam they are running. Plus, there are quite a few lawsuits filed with the same issue.

I gave up my car on April 22nd. It's already August 11th, and my 2019 *** Fiesta still hasn't been fully paid off. They're only making monthly payments, and that's only because I complained. They keep telling me that it'll be paid off by September 18th, but they've been saying that for the past 3 months.

I went to Steve Coury to check out trading in my 2020 *** Escape (car all paid off) for something easier to get in and out of for me and my sis. *** showed us a 2008 *** Edge Limited but didn't keep her word. Plus, she said it was a 2009 when it was actually a 2008. The dealership wouldn't give us the Carfax, and *** said they didn't have it no more. The car we got from them under false pretenses has mechanical problems that cost about $1200. This dealership ain't honest or respectful. They took advantage of two old folks.

I got a 2019 *** Ranger from Steve Coury Ford in ***, *** on July 1. I traded in my 2018 *** Escape that still had around $18,000 left to pay to my credit union. But then, on August 1, my credit union told me I was late with my car payment. I checked and saw that Coury hadn't paid off my car yet. The finance guy, ***, told me there was a mistake and that the payment was going out that day. I checked with my credit union a week later, but they still hadn't gotten any money. I asked Coury a few times that week, but they gave me different excuses for why my car wasn't paid off. They even made two payments to keep my loan current. The boss man gave me a number to track a check they were sending out, and I saw that it was sent three days later. My credit union got the check, but when they tried to deposit it, Coury had stopped the payment.
