Mr. [Name of the person] came to our home and gave us a careful and very detailed estimate; [Name of the person] in the office coordinated the entire project perfectly; and [Name of the person], a true craftsman, did a superb job with all the painting and stucco repair. We signed a contract with Stetson Painting to paint a home we recently purchased and moved into on August 8th. When we had a preliminary discussion with Mr. Stetson we explained that though he usually spray painted an empty home this was unacceptable to us as my partner has a severe medical condition and has been on disability since 2002. We explained her condition made her a candidate for severe reaction to sprayed paint as it remains in the air. He ignored this and sprayed our home. As a result, my partner became ill from being in the home to prepare to move there. In addition, the flooring and carpeting were not protected and we had to spend 2 days on our knees scraping the wood floor so that the paint did not spread all over the tiled floors since Stetson painting refused to do this. The most outstanding problem concerned one bedroom that the painters pulled up the carpeting and took it without our permission. We had promised all the carpeting to a friend in need and this was no longer possible as the other carpeted rooms had considerable paint on them and certainly the carpet stolen and in the other rooms was no longer in the same condition. They were fairly new and had just been professionally cleaned according to the previous owner. We gave ample time for Stetson Painting to fix paint all over the hardware, paint the missed areas and fix drips but the worker refused to do anything but a few minor fixes. We then had to proceed to move in some items in our home and could no longer allow Stetson Painting in due to the possibility of more theft.

I have used Stetson painting for the last 10 years for all my exterior painting needs. Mr. Stetson personally quotes the jobs, his office staff is outstanding coordinating all activities, the crew show up as promised, and the work is done flawlessly. I highly recommend Stetson Painting for any building projects.

Stetson Painting is a GREAT company. I've had my house painted many times over the 25 years we've lived in the searing hot heat! My experience with Stetson Painting was absolutely the BEST I've ever had. Stetson comes out personally to assess the job and to give a FAIR estimate of the cost. Once the date is set, the painters come out on time and work professionally and efficiently. They are careful to cover everything that is NOT getting painted and do a thorough and excellent job. Stetson uses the highest quality of paint and they put on TWO coats. Our job couldn't have been executed better and it looks FABULOUS! I highly recommend Stetson Painting.

Very pleased with latest project project (roof coating). Owner (John Stetson) provided an appropriate detailed work scope proposal within a couple of days. Project completed on a very timely basis by employee (Mark Johnson). Mark was very professional and took time to answer all my questions. On time everyday. Cleaned up work area everyday before leaving. Office Manager (Sarah Thompson) also very professional and pleasant to work with. PS: Stetson Painting had also completed a previous painting project for us. We were also very satisfied by the quality and timing of the work performed by the painter (I apologize for not remembering his name). Would highly recommended Stetson Painting to others.

We are totally impressed with the outcome of having Stetson Painting paint our home. Stetson Painting is a painting pro and was very thorough in completing the task, he didn't rush the process or overlook the minor details. His assistant Caesar, was very careful masking non-painted surfaces before the spraying started and the removal of the masking after the paint was applied, great teamwork. We also would like to give a shout-out to Sarah at the office, she kept communications open between the crew and us. I would like to thank John Stetson the owner for being a straight shooter in providing us with the estimate for the job. He made some super recommendations I hadn't even thought of that actually saved us money. We highly recommend Stetson Painting!
