The product is misleading and largely ineffective. I don't know of any person on this planet who deletes data and then quickly rushes to retrieve it with expensive software, which is about all the application is designed to do. Despite deep scanning, detecting data (less than competitors products), and even offering for hundreds more dollars repair wizards or special services from their pro staff to fix any data, the product will not retrieve much of anything useable, and you will be out hundreds of dollars or more. The repair software also does not "work", which is no doubt used by their "pro staff". Actually, it has the ability to turn a half corrupted image into one that a high-end PC won't even recognize as a file of any type. Not only that, but the customer service is a joke all these years later, and you will not be refunded, even if you follow and meet their criteria for said refund and they assure you of "speedy resolution". You will instead be circle-jerked by a plethora of signed names, not one of which will appear twice in your correspondence. Imagine being sorely misled and disappointed, then telling a hundred different people (who is likely one individual using bogus names) "yes, I would like a refund", to no success - and instead getting a barrage of questions thrown your way about any and everything as if to avoid giving you your hard earned money back for a "satisfaction guaranteed product", before they finally just ignore/block you. Stellar is a money-grab. Customer service is non-existent. It would not surprise me one bit if you are charged an additional fee in the amount of your requested refund to get the refund processed.

So typical for a scam company like that.
The free service they provide is not actually free. It costs a lot of money and the price depends on what exactly you want, but it's never appropriate.
I was using their free service and clicked the submit button when the small window popped up asking me how I would like to pay for the service and offered several options for the payment.
Had I known all of this was for nothing, I would have never spent any second of my life on that crap.

I have ordered data recovery product from Stellar Data Recovery. I got it and tried, but nothing worked. I have paid $134.99 for the product, which was useless for me. Of course, I wrote emails and asked the customer services to return money back, but their agents denied my requests and said to do something with this product. They didn’t care about their customers and weren’t helpful.

I’m not a professional in the computer field and other tools; therefore I contacted the company www.stellarinfo.com. I needed to recover the data and wasn’t sure how to do it. I even offered them money for the help, but the staff was really impolite and disrespectful. I heard different jokes and other unpleasant words. Be careful with these people and better find another company.

We purchased data recovery software from www.stellarinfo.com. It worked only 3 weeks and suddenly everything stopped. WE called and wrote complaints to the repair department, but they promised to fix everything. However, nothing was done and I was sick of their promises. People, please share this information and warn your friends about this incompetent company.

Before buying a license of EDB to PST converting tool, I made sure that japanese language was supported.

Unfortunately, after a few tests, when the tool is in "Offline mode", it cannot read correctly information from EDB file. The japanese characters are all messed up, useless for us.

I contacted the support, provided a sample edb file and after a few mails finally the problem was escalated.

I asked regularly to know if the problem could be reproduced in their environment but they could not give me any information, I just had to wait...

Finally they said that they could reproduce the problem and that next version would contain the fix ! But they had no visibility about when next version would be available, I just had to check their website regularly..

Finally I tried the new version after a few months and of course the problem is not fixed at all !

Feature that was supposed to be working doesn't work (japanese support), the "fixed version" doesn't work and the support could not give me any information regarding the progress on this case...

After downloading and trying the demo software (More or less convincing),
I ordered on the net their ost to pst conversion software.

Then I discovered it needs microsoft outlook to be installed, which was not specified on the url forwarded by google (Sponsored and top of the links by the way).

Many mails to the support and orders departments end with the same conclusion, no way to get refund.

Don't order anything from these * (Starts with c and end with s).
