So, I had this power cut thingy that messed up my documents and they didn't get saved. I thought I'd be smart and bought this recovery thing from Hetman Software to get them back. But guess what? The recovered documents were all messed up and incomplete. What a bummer! So, I decided to take my computer to DiscoverPC, this local repair shop, and they actually managed to recover everything properly. Good on them! Now, since the Hetman Software program was a total fail, I want my money back. I tried emailing those guys, but they're ignoring me like I don't even exist. Not cool, man.

I've been waiting for 45 days for my refund to be processed. I downloaded the program to run the test reports, but the report I needed was only accessible with the purchase of the full program. So, on 8/27, I paid $117 for the program. Once it was downloaded, I ran the report again, but it still wasn't available, making this program useless. I checked their refund policy, which states a 30-day guarantee. I emailed them on the same day, 8/27, and they replied saying they would process the refund. However, as of 10/8, I still haven't received my refund. I called the number listed, but all I got was a fax tone. I've been emailing them every day since 8/5, but I still haven't heard back.

On Jun 29, 2021, I paid $155.90 to Hetman Recovery Software. They got this cool software that can recover your lost files and stuff. I downloaded their Data Recovery Pack 3.7 and it took like forever to analyze my file system, man. It gave me a list of files and said I could recover them, but guess what? I couldn't recover a single file! It was just a stupid list, dude. I tried reaching out to the company three times for help or a refund, but they didn't bother replying. I even called their number, but all I got was a fax signal. What a joke! My Order ID # is XXXXXXXX, in case you're wondering.
