I ordered some shoes from Steel-Toe-Shoes about 14 days ago, but I still haven't received any updates on my order. What's worse, they already charged me for it! I tried to contact them, but they haven't responded yet. This is really frustrating, and I'm starting to get annoyed. I think I might have to ask my credit card company to dispute the charge and buy shoes from somewhere else that will actually deliver them to me.

Update: After waiting for what felt like forever, I finally got my shoes from Steel-Toe-Shoes. They were a little bit late, but at least they arrived eventually. The shoes themselves are pretty good quality, and they fit me well. I'm happy with my purchase overall, but I wish they had been a little more communicative about the shipping delays.

Overall, I would recommend Steel-Toe-Shoes if you're looking for some sturdy footwear. Just be aware that they might take a while to arrive, and don't expect to get any updates along the way. But if you're patient and don't mind waiting a bit, you'll probably be happy with your purchase.

So, I bought some shoes from Steel-Toe-Shoes and when I tried them on, I only wore them for a little bit before taking them off. But when I asked for a refund, they said no and sent the shoes back to me. They were really unprofessional in their emails and even sent me a picture of the bottom of a shoe that looked like the ones I returned. But I think they keep some messed up shoes around just in case someone complains. I know for a fact that the shoes I returned were brand new because my friends saw them too. This is such a rip-off!

Today, I received the same pair of shoes with a notice saying that they couldn't accept my return because the shoes were all scuffed up and had visible wear on the outsole.

Now, I can't show you pictures to prove my point, but I swear there's no way those shoes had any of those problems when I sent them back. It's frustrating because they say they accept returns, but then they turn around and reject them for no good reason. My advice to you is to make sure you know your shoe size in this brand before you order, because you might be stuck with shoes that don't fit and can't be returned.

I decided to give Steel-Toe-Shoes a try since I have a hard time finding size 13 shoes in my local stores. Their prices are decent, not the best but not the worst either. I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arrived. I eagerly tried them on in my office, which has both carpet and tile floors. After walking around for about 10 minutes, I noticed that the right shoe felt bigger than the left. I was disappointed, but I figured I could exchange them for a different brand.

But when I talked to the boss man at Customer Service, he said I had to pay to send back the first pair. I don't get it, why couldn't they just send me a return label like they would have if I sent them back on the same day I ordered the new ones? It's not like I was asking for a refund before they got the shoes back. I just wanted to make sure I had shoes that fit me right without waiting forever. I think that's a pretty fair request, don't you? But no, they wouldn't do it. I'm so mad about this, I don't think I'll ever buy from them again. Their customer service is the pits. I'd rather pay to send back both pairs than give them any more of my money.
