I believe this is a scam. I signed up for the mining $500.80 investment for StartEngine at $1.60 per share on 12/13 and have not heard a peep since. My account shows no balance and no investment which makes me think my money is gone. I have filed 3 on line form complaints asking for cancel and / or status but no response. The 800 cust service is not active so unless I get a response I 'll have to take legal action.

Claimed loss: $500.80

Desired outcome: cancel account and refund $500.80

There is virtually no possibility that this is not a scam!
I really have difficulty understanding how "Mr. Wonderful", Kevin O'Leary, has been willing to besmirch
his name with this nonsense!
