Had a few bumps in the road in the beginning, just unforeseen circumstances, but I now have a fantastic and impressive business plan. I am really impressed with all of the help and communication I have received from ***. While I have not yet been awarded any funding, I have been reassured things will pick up after the summer months, I'm sure Covid has been a factor also. I try to have patience and not get anxious, I just need to get my business open.

She has a real story of her own, and it's exactly what you need when trying to accomplished your goals and dreams. I just got started and feeling good about what is to come. In todays world you typically only hear about the bad. I cannot say enough good things about *** at US Business Funding! From the moment we made contact he was very professional, polite, knowledgeable about his products and service and quick to respond to all my questions. He and his team processed our transaction at a rate that was way beyond my expectations! *** walked me through every step of the process with ease and professionalism. The customer service of *** and his team are exceptional! Thank you *** for helping us grow our business!

The worst experience I reached out to them because they claim to have years of experiece. I was hopeful spoke to the onboarding agent and she made promises that I knew I should have questioned. They claim they will help you but I havent heard from my "coach" for weeks. She still has not delivered my business plan. They dont help you in any way that they claim. They send you generic grant applications that you can just *** yourself. You cant even apply because you dont have the business plan completed. I regret this big time I hope this review helps people and they dont fall into the trap like I did. Please dont waste your time with them.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. This company has been full of nothing but rude and belittling employees. I paid $4200 to have them help me get grants for opening a new childcare center. Most of the grants never applied to more nor did I qualify for. I had to spend my time doing more research on this before applying. When I told them I do not qualify for X reason our grant writer, Woodrow's response was "well duh." I have never been treated so unprofessionally and disrespectful from a business. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I hope they're forced out of business. There's no one to contact to discuss this except a voicemail.

I paid $4250.00 to have an expert give me opportunities to apply for grants, however, *** has only given me 15 opportunities and only 5 of these have been for grants, which is what I requested. She had the audacity to tell me that I needed to lower my expectations and accept investors and business loans if I wanted to get my catering business started. When I signed this contract I was told that there were hundreds of thousands of grant opportunities to apply for that someone in my category (retired woman wanting to start up a new business) would receive, but after dealing with this business, they are rude, do not keep their appointments, never return emails or phone calls, I feel I have thrown my money away. Very disappointing.

Paid the $1500.00 fee, was very specific about grant opportunities; not loans...which were thrown in the mix unfortunately. The Business Plan was due February 2nd (2022)...no deliverable yet. As of today, April is around the corner with still no response to multiple enquiries.Not sure if this is company is scamming, but suffice to say, and at a minimum, they're unable to deliver a Business Plan, communicate/follow-up on a professional manner. In summary, this might be a case of:- Incompetence.- Dereliction of duty.- Failure to communicate...a gaff off?- A complete waste of effort, since volumes of time and information for their template didn't produce a Business-Plan.A total refund of $1500.00 is merited for this *** had high hopes for y'all...very disappointing.

When we started this process we were so excited to have the opportunity to have someone who knew the ins and outs and would be able to guide us. Our first red flag should have been when weeks went by and despite multiple emails we still hadn't heard from our grant writer or the business plan writer. After multiple phone calls we learned that our assigned writer no longer was with the company and that we had to be reassigned to another representative. We finally after many emails received a business plan back and started getting grant opportunities. Our first grant we were sent was due 8 days after it was sent to me and after spending many days filling out the 27 pages I was told that it was absolutely perfect and nothing needed to be changed, and after taking a break and reviewing it myself I found multiple spelling and grammatical errors. Then after not receiving anything from *** for awhile I was told that there were no opportunities available and that they would start coming back soon, this has been over 6 months and I don't even hear from my rep anymore. This is a HUGE waste of money!

I have enjoyed working with *** very much!.. She understands my vision and purpose. She understands my passion regarding this Community project to get grant funding.*** is very smart, and she has a wealth of knowledge. I am so grateful that she was appointed to work with me. She is very patient, and she has a kind listening ear to your concerns.I think the Company need to get more Grant Writers just Like ***. So that the assigned Grant writer can spend more time with their assigned Client! *** is spread very thin. She need some help with her overload of clients. *** is a very talented and gracious individual. She has the grant writing skills and capability to make this happen for my organization. I am depending on her knowledge and professional ability to help us get these grants and funding that we need. I trust her completely. *** is a very nice person. But the Company needs Get her some more help! I deeply appreciate ***! My client recently engaged *** Funding Business Solutions (usfundingbusinesssolutions.com) to help him secure a Grant for his business. As soon as he told me about it - I looked at their website. I found several RED FLAGs in their website.1 - When you go to their website they list their "Professionals" on their team. However, if you look at the listing of their "Professionals" they only have first names - not first and last names. They also do not have pictures of their "Professionals". RED FLAG!2 - I spoke directly to one of their professionals. When I spoke to him, I asked him his last name. He said they do not share that information. In order to work for you they want all your resume information - but are not willing to share their last name. RED FLAG!3 - When I looked at their website yesterday 8/9/2022 - the copyright on their website was 2018. RED FLAG!4 - When one of their professionals returned my call yesterday the caller ID that came up on my phone was, "Potential Spam". RED FLAG!5 - The "Professionals" listings have nothing verifiable (that I could see). All very vague! RED FLAG!I was fortunate enough to review my client's agreement with this company and there was a 72 hour recission period - which he was still in. I recommended that he immediately take the necessary steps to comply with the 72 hour recission period and cancel their services - which he did. I then called several people I know in financial services and found someone they know personally that successfully and ethically has secured grants for small businesses like my clients - yet they said these take time and are difficult to secure.Buyer beware!

Where do I start this business is very misleading. My friend told me about it and said that it looks great but also, scam-y. I shouldnt paid attention to the latter. For $500 I was told I would receive three months of grant assistance and have a writer review our business plan. I was assigned to a writer and filled out all necessary information and submitted our business plan right away. I was told we would have a phone call with our assigned writer and then it would be communication via email from there. Our writer (in a span of 10 days) did not respond to one of our emails. She would instead send emails asking for the business plan (we already sent it), and called from an unknown number a few times while I was working, rather than discussing a time to meet. We missed a grant deadline because she didnt respond to our emails on time/ at all, and their platform is so elementary that it doesnt leave room to discuss grants with the writer. I attempted to get in touch with her supervisor multiple times and it wasnt until I threatened to report them to my credit card company that I got a call from him 10 days after payment. He was incredibly rude. He said I was a difficult customer because of how demanding I was being. He also claimed we hadnt sent the business plan. I thought I was on candid camera during this call. I then asked if I could be placed with a different writer, and he said no, doubling down on how amazing our writer is. A) I wouldnt know. B) Sorry that I expect to receive services and communication in exchange for payment? He said the company doesnt want to work with someone like me and said he would refund me. Good grief.Save yourself the time and energy, and skip out on this business. I wish I wouldve looked at the ComplaintsBoard.com reviews prior to signing up.

I was so excited to work with this company. I started around 2/15/22.I paid $1500 and I was assigned to ***. The problems started when I only heard from *** via email. She sent a few grant opportunities but I had questions. After reading some of the opportunities I had more questions that I emailed to ***. She never responded to my questions but she left a few valid suggestions that gave me more questions to talk with her about, but the suggestions were irrelavant to my questions. I hoped that *** would at least get back to me to set up a date and time that we could talk about the questions. I was annoyed that I had to complain because I felt that a lot of the opportunities that *** was sending were not for my business nor had she followed up with me about my original questions. No sooner that I complained *** would emailed me. We agreed upon a date that we would talk on the phone. She called at 2:00 pm one day but I had stepped away from my phone to take a bathroom break. I returned her call at 2:07 pm the same day but she would not accept my calls. I emailed her at the same time she emailed me and we were both saying "sorry I missed your call" but I was asking her to please call me back or answer my calls. Later I was told that our conversations were suppose to only last for one half hour. Well, I still had 25 minutes left . I don't completely blame *** for the lack of communications but I feel that the company lacks quality customer service. Upon speaking to the manager of customer service, ***, I found him to be rude. I tried to explain that I was looking to understand more of their policy but he told me that " they did not have to provide that because they are doing business with so many clients and with the situation in *** people are flocking to their business so there is no time to explain anything and the service they provide is not for me."Thankfully, he volunteered to refund me. Not a good company. Zero stars

I paid $1500.00 to US Business Funding Solutions. They told me I would get a phone call from a coach which I never did and they told me they would create a business template for me which i never received. all the grants they are sending to me are other websites in which i need to pay money. They do not answer me when I say i want a full refund. I am lodging a complaint. Please advise. I would like to receive a full refund.

I purchased a service for a grant and never received grants. I have called company numerous time of day. I have not been able to reach anyone by phone. I have contacted Jason by phone, email and text. I have not received any feedback from Jason of US Business Solution Funding Solutions. I want my money back.

My wife and I purchased their services in June and they can't help us. I have tried calling, emailing, on SEVERAL occasions a man named Jason and a man named Juan to get my money back for services not rendered. I was told we could apply for a grant and they would help us and after approximately 2 months they can't help us.

This service suppose to provide me with an independent contractor who teaches and assists me with effective ways of researching and applying for funding for my project. I paid $5,350.00 for this program. I don't have unlimited access to the funding professional through phone and email. I am not able to contact them as much and as often as needed as they say, they say I should contact by email for a quicker response. I don't hear nothing till 3 to 5 days later. I only talk to the funding professional once. Now it's some guy who say he is the middle man. They are in breach of contract

lI contracted with this business and subsequently became extremely ill for a few years. I was told after contacting them about the illness and informing them what was going on I was told not to worry about it, just get well and contact them when I was able to continue. I have no spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, friend, child, or any other person to take over when this came about. I explained that to them and they said it was no problem.I am in much better health and was ready to get back to this and tried to contact them by email and never received any contact. I called and on a recorded line, I was told it wasn't going to happen, unless I re-enrolled in the program at another $3, 850.00. The account has been paid for for some time. The only thing they did was write a business plan. If there was any other activity, I did not receive it. THe gentleman that I was in contact with said he would just put everything on hold until I could continue. As I said I just want the contract to be fulfilled, if It can't I would like at least some of the money returned to help pay another someone to help me get this business back up and running.

I have aquired services and paid $4500.00 for consulting services to US business funding solutions. in the begining i was told that it would take 2-4 weeks to create a business plan and that there after buisness funding solutions would work to attain funding via grant money to help out in starting new business. it took approximately 2 to 4 weeks to get my profile set up on there website so i can even have access. then it took 3 months to get business plan written. i have been patient throughout the whole ordeal with only sending a few reminders. after business plan was completed i was supposed to recieve emails from my grant adviser on where to apply for grant money and direction on how to apply. i have recieved on email on a timeframe of 5 months as to guidence and in that email one of the offers was outdated. i asked the grant advisor how to proceed and did not get a response. i later asked the grant advisor if he had known of any locations or places where i could apply for funding. i recieved a email saying "You expected funding by now, you are kidding, right?". ever since that day the advisor stopped responding to my emails. i have also written a request to customer service for a new advisor but have not recieved a response. i tried calling but have not recieved a phone call back.

I purchased this service at a total cost of $4,650.00 which is supposed to provide me with funding professionals that will teach and assist me with effective ways of research and applying for funding for my small business, specifically grants. This funding professional was supposed to help locate applications and opportunities for myself and I should have unlimited access to the funding professional. Another part of this service was to be assigned a business plan writer who would help me construct a business plan, then deliver the final business plan in both Microsoft Word and PDF Format. I was told that it would take 1-3 weeks to create the business plan after I finished the template. I finished the template on 7/22 and I have yet to receive any type of business plan or even a format of a business plan. I have reached out to the business plan writer multiple times and I have only received a response a few times when he is supposed to be available with unlimited access. Many of my questions have gone unanswered. I have not received any of the services that US Business Funding Solutions promised me in the contract. I am paying monthly for this service, but they are not keeping their end of the contract. I have not received a business plan despite it being 4 months later. I have not received any help in researching or applying for funding. I do not have unlimited access to the funding professionals I was promised. I have tried to contact the business multiple time with no response.
