Been on the phone for 2x days with Standard Bank between 4x different consultants to obtain my NATIS on my vehicle which was paid up in Dec'2022 already.
The sale of my car is pending to receive the natis which is about to lapse due to the inconsistency and incompetence of 3x of the 4x consultants.
3x Tells me that they cannot access my profile die to KYC however a e-mail was sent on the 7th of March'2026 to [protected]@standardbank with all my KYC paperwork ID, Proof of residence and even License Disk as well as an unnecessary payment and the proof of it to the value of R385.00
A lady consultant 1x of the 4x actuallt requested my NATIS yesterday based upon my KYC which was submitted via e-mail and told me to call today to obtain my tracking reference number of my NATIS document.
When i tried to call for that today, the next agent can once again not access my profile due to outstanding KYC - HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?
I need my NATIS before tomorrow. If the sale of my vehicle does not go trough due to the incompetence of Standard Bank and the pathetic AI system which keeps cutting me off or not give the right options I will hold Standard bank partially reliable for any loss.
Desired outcome: I want my NATIS delivered to my office not later than 13:00pm tomorrow 10 April'2026
