I deposited 5,000 TRY into my Stake.com account on October 18, 2026. Around 15 hours later, the money still has not appeared in my balance. I contacted live support, but I felt that the staff did not take my issue seriously. The problem remains unresolved. I want my deposit credited to my account or refunded. Based on this experience and the support I received, I would not recommend Stake.com.

Claimed loss: 5,000 TRY

Desired outcome: Credit the 5,000 TRY deposit to my Stake.com account or refund it.
