We took our 2017 Grand Caravan to St

We took our 2017 Grand Caravan to St. Albert Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd for a tire and oil change. When we picked up the van 2.5 hours later, they charged us an extra $170 for a wheel alignment. We didn't notice any problems with the alignment before we brought it in. The van has been well-maintained, with no previous issues or accidents. The service department also tried to sell us on a $1500 exhaust pipe leak, but our regular mechanic found no such problem. This feels like a scam - doing work without informing the owner and then forcing them to pay for it is just not right.
