I bought a laptop from Walmart.com. The laptop was never refunded. I filed a claim with no resolution. Are you able to refund this order to me? I don’t remember getting a refund.

The order number at Walmart.com is [protected]. It was purchased in June 2021. The plan at Square trade is [protected]. It was a Hewlit Packer Chromebook. Why was this claim id number closed?
