31 January 2026, booking Maryke Smit Birthday party turned into chaos. Beautifull and good looking Spur but no side canvass curtains on outside area... Very big storm with hail and rain smash tables, birthday gifts, cakes balloons, food and people.
Could be prevented if outside area had safety measurements in place. People run with kids and belongings and parties where broken up. Hail and continuous rain.

Claimed loss: At least R2000No ice cream for kids.Food spoiled.Dammage gifts and bday cake

Desired outcome: Refunf or voucher for a spoiled bday party
