So, I was lookin' for a new jersey for my favorite team, and I stumbled upon SportyMarts. Let me tell ya, it wasn't the best experience. The jersey I got wasn't up to par, and the size was off. I ain't sure if it was a knock-off or not. In addition to that, the customer service was less than ideal. They gave a phone number, but every time I called it, I was stuck listenin' to a machine. I left a message, but never got a call back. The worst thing about all of this is that there ain't no return address on the site. If I want to return the jersey, which I do, I need a return label, but they ain't even givin' me one. I ain't got time for that.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend buyin' from SportyMarts. It's a headache. I'm even gonna talk to my credit card company and see if I can stop payin' 'em or get my money back. Ain't nobody got time for this kinda mess.

So, I finally decided to give sportymarts.com a chance and order a baseball jersey. I was looking for a nice 5X size, something that would fit me perfectly since I am a huge baseball fan, but what I received from them was not what I expected. I was quite disappointed, to be honest.

You see, I ordered a men's 5X baseball jersey, but when it arrived, I was shocked to see that it was actually smaller than my 4X jersey! Can you imagine my frustration? I mean, I specifically ordered a 5X, but what I got was something that didn't even fit me properly.

To make matters worse, when I tried to bring this to their attention, they didn't seem to care. They kept telling me that their sizes were accurate, but here's the thing – I looked at different measurement charts, and they all showed that their sizes were actually bigger than what they claimed!

I tried to reason with them, but they were so stubborn that I eventually gave up. I realized that I had made a huge mistake by ordering from sportymarts.com. They clearly don't care about their customers and their satisfaction. From now on, I will never order anything from them again.

In the photo that I'm sharing with you, you can see their so-called 5X jersey on top of my 4X jersey. As you can see, it's much smaller than it should be. What a waste of money and time! I hope you can learn from my mistake and choose a more reliable company for your sports gear needs.

Horrible experience.
I wanted an old school Phillies jersey with maroon pinstripes. It took months to arrive. Finally, it showed up and it was red with maroon numbers and name. The logo was glued on in an off-color contrasting red. I was so disappointed. It was unwearable and a total waste of money.
I reached out to SportyMarts to let them know about the issue and they got back to me pretty quickly. But, instead of offering to exchange or refund my purchase, they said it was close enough and refused to help me further.
Honestly, I won't be ordering from here again--a huge disappointment.

SportyMarts is the worst website that I had ever purchased from and I am not satisfied with their service. The website does not communicate well with their customers as they do not provide any shipping information or tracking number unless you ask. It is quite frustrating to purchase something and not know when it will arrive. It took 22 long days before I received my order, and they did not send me any updates during the waiting time.

Another problem that I encountered is that they refused to cancel my order, even though I requested for it. They lied to me and said that it had already shipped, which was not the case. I ordered a super cool jersey from SportyMarts on April 14th. They sent me a text saying that the USPS label was made and they were waiting for the USPS to pick up the package. But guess what? Their message was nothing but plain old LIES! My package was never mailed.

I reported this shady company to my bank and luckily, I received a full refund from them. I also filed a complaint with my state and the Attorney General's office. This so-called company doesn't even exist! Their address is totally fake, and their phone numbers are completely bogus. Don't even think about wasting your precious time and money with SportyMarts. They're nothing but a SCAM.

This store is absolute garbage. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I gave them a 1-star rating because let's face it, they don't even deserve 0 stars. Yo, so I ordered a jersey off of SportyMarts (sportymarts.com) and they messed up the name on it. I've been trying to get it fixed since before Christmas and it's been a total headache. They kept asking for pics, but I had already given the jersey to my fam to try and fix the mistake. So, I asked my fam to send me pics of the jersey and I sent them to SportyMarts like they asked. But, then they said my pics were no good. I mean, I took one of the front and one of the back - what more do they want?

They talking a lot about 100 percent satisfaction, but it don't feel like it to me. They keep giving me the runaround and it's hella frustrating. I even posted the pics I took for them on their website and they just sent back an email with an example of how the pic should look. Like come on, y'all, get it together. I just want my jersey fixed.
