SportsDirect.com review: Waste of time

Shop is a jumbled mess, it took 20mins from finding a trainer i wanted to getting a staff member to fetch the size I needed (despite the shop being quiet). After waiting 5mins by the shoes I went to find a staff member was to be told to wait back by the shoes until someone turned up (15mins later) only for that staff member to pick up the correct size directly behind the first staff member I asked to help. Complete waste of time, staff were unhelpful, store is a mess with an awful layout. if I could give the Taunton store less than 1 star I would.
