Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Abusive Behaviour from Store Manager
Dear Sports Direct Customer Service Team,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint about an incident that occurred at your store. While I was at the checkout paying for my items, I received a phone call. During this moment, the store manager approached me and spoke to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.
She told me that I was not allowed to speak on the phone in the store, and when I calmly asked why, she became verbally abusive. Shockingly, she told me to “[censored] off” and not to come back to the shop. I was left embarrassed, upset, and shocked that a member of staff—especially a manager—would speak to a customer in such a disrespectful way.
