SportsDirect.com review: Abysmal customer service with online orders

Ordered two tracksuit pants as a special offer on the Sports Direct Ireland site. Received two separate emails advising me that the orders for both pairs had been processed. Received an email that they were available for collection but only received one pair. Retail assistant advised the second pair would probably arrive in the next day or two, but I still have not received them a week later. Emailed Customer Service repeatedly but have not got a reply. I am going to go to the local branch to see if they can help but I am not holding out much hope after seeing the other reviews on here. Seems that they use the special offers as a scam to steal customer's money
