Recently I ordered a wheelchair lift to help me put my wife's chair in and out of our SUV. I was told this would work in our vehicle, it does not. We are both disabled veterans in our 80s and are on fixed income. I paid $4747 up front in cash. This is an off the shelf item and Spin Life refuses to take it back and refund our money. No one in their right mind would purchase an item if told if it doesn't work you can't return it and no refunds. I would recommend don't do business with these people.

Claimed loss: $4747 and mental distress on my wife who is 100% disabled with PSTD from military sevice

Desired outcome: want our $4747 returned.
