on February 21, 2023 a package i was waiting for stated it was delivered to my home 57 Juniper Rd., Port Washington, NY 11050 coming from SHEIN. your tracking number. SPXHEF005001012427. I looked everywhere. I have contacted customer service. I even called the phone number that I was provided for your company with no response. I have attached a picture from your courier service of what is allegedly my package on the doorstep that is not mine I’ve also included the tracking details portion from SHEIN. I cannot see the label on the package or the address on the home. my apologies for the word alleged but I could not find an alternate word that better fit.. All I can tell you is that home is not mine. I have gone in a 10 block radius up-and-down. There is no home with a black door. No one has come to my home to bring me a package because it was received an error, I have been going back-and-forth, begging and pleading with the company. any information you can provide as to where my package might have been left would be greatly appreciated please.
Desired outcome: I would greatly appreciate a refund. Enough time is passed that the problem could’ve easily been solved, but doesn’t seem like we aren’t getting anywhere.

On July 2, 2023 a package i was waiting for stated it was delivered to my home in Sicklerville, NJ coming from SHEIN. I looked everywhere. I have contacted customer service via chat since there isn’t a customer service phone number. I have a picture from your courier service of what is allegedly the house my package was delivered to that is not mine. I’ve also included the tracking details portion from SHEIN. The photo does show an address or my package on the doorstep. I have a camera on the outside of my house and was home all day on the day it was “allegedly delivered “ and it shows no delivery carriers at all. All I can tell you is that home is not mine. The house in the photo does not match any of the houses inside of my development at all. I have been going back-and-forth, begging and pleading with the company for a refund or my package and I keep hitting a dead end. After reading all of these reviews from other customers I feel like Shein and SpeedEXare working together scamming people out of their money and packages.
I have 3 packages that I never received but they say they were delivered. There was no packages anywhere. They showed a picture of the package which was gray and my packages are from temu they are orange plus that wasn't my house that they showed I don't have rocks around my house. I have never seen such poor service. Speed x doesn't have the knowledge of running a company. Poor service thank you for listening to me my name is Marie klosowski from BEAR DE
Contact Temu customer service via chat. Make your reason complaint about SpeedX. Tell them what happened & that you don’t want them delivering your packages. They’ll tell you they have no control over who delivers. Ask them for a refund so you can re-order. They refunded 3 of my packages that SpeedX “delivered”, the same scenario as yours. The trick is to order heavier packages. SpeedX only delivers lightweight packages.
Thank you for letting me know that.temu told me that I didn't have a choice of delivery. But I cancelled all of the packages and got a refund. I ordered again and they are shipping my orders by Laser ship and on trac . I hope these 2 companies are sufficient.Also all of the tracking with speed X I never seen so many tracking updates and out for delivery when I was checking my orders. I don't know how they can run a business like the way they do
I agree. SpeedX is the worst. They left 1 package in the street & several others were marked as delivered, but were not my house. I’ve cancelled all pending orders from TEMU that were going to be delivered by SpeedX
I ordered some clothes from Shein last week. It was delivered to the lobby of my building by SpeedX yesterday morning. The person took a picture of my mailbox as proof that it was delivered. You can't leave packages on the lobby floor. Anyone could have walked away with the package if its left in the lobby. Their phone number is useless. Its not worth ordering anything from Shein if they continue to use a bad delivery company.

Why is my package still in transit for weeks , one of my pageages was already stolen from me when this company left it outside of my building door , my name is lonia burney and I've received my packages from UPS with no problem but Speedx still haven't delivered my second package I'm losing hope and I keep losing money from this company I'm very disappointed with the service.
They’re the worst company & they don’t care about anyone’s package. According to other comments, they’ve been known to steal quite often. If you ask about it they’ll lie & say it was delivered & if you have a problem contact the company you bought from.
I had Temu cancel all of my orders that were to be delivered by them. The only way we can fight back is to keep complaining to the companies that are using them. Enough pressure from enough customers may make these companies realize SpeedX isn’t such a bargain after all.
Post a review on every site you can about how awful they are.
This company needs to be shut down! They throw packages in hallways of buildings with over 100 residents instead of coming to your door. It happened to me multiple times. It also happened to people that I know. I beg Temu not to use this company when I order.
