I placed an order with Temu on 2/22/26 - everything went smooth as glass until the materials hit the US. The package was turned over to a company called SpeedX on 3/4/26. The package moved through the SpeedX system and landed in Garfield Hts, OH (I live in Cleveland, OH) on 3/10/26. It's been sitting there for the last 7 days. According to the SpeedX tracking website, there has been an "Issue Reported" - not to me...no phone call, no email, no communication whatsoever. They have no customer service phone number or email, only a "customer service" AI chatbot...no live person to speak to. So, there is no way for me to contact the company to find my package, or find out if/when it might be delivered.
Luckily, I can request a refund from Temu to non-delivered goods after March 25.
Recommendation: If a company uses SpeedX to deliver - run, run as far as you can.
