SpeedX review: Crappy speedx delivery driver throws my items on porch!

I placed an order with tiktok for some items. Not the first time I order from them and have never had any issues until the attached video caught the delivery person from SpeedX throwing my delivery on my porch rather than taking 2 more steps to put it down. My items were damaged and of course NO ONE from speedx will get back to me and I do believe they are responsible for reimbursing me my damaged products.
