I am a long-time customer in Hutto, Texas. I am writing to dispute the charges on my June phone statement.
I switched my phone service to a different provider on June 5, 2026, due to an excessive volume of daily scam calls. However, my current statement still includes charges for phone service. As I am a retiree on a fixed income, I request that these charges be removed and that a prorated refund be issued for the discontinued service.
Additionally, I noticed an unannounced price increase for my internet service. As I am enrolled in autopay, I would appreciate being notified via email of any future rate changes. I have also experienced frequent service interruptions during windy weather, which was not an issue I encountered previously with Time Warner.
Please confirm once the phone service charges have been reversed and my account has been updated.
