Spectrum.com review: Mobile & internet services

I have been paying for a service I have never used not once over 100.00 for tv service I did not use I spoke with a CSR and they matched AT&T price for both my internet and mobile and told me I would be issued a credit well it was never issued and my bill is 330 more than AT&T 130 for all spectrum 456.00 then reduce it by 50 next month I'm behind out of work been out of work 10/10/2025 there is no way I'm pay 456 when I can get is for 130 sorry not sorry. not to mention I have been calling and talking with them for 2 weeks they have crap service on my phone and internet out service is bad I was told that by a service guy with all the upgrades in our area I should have better services
