Spectrum.com review: False billing & service order

In December of 2025 I wanted to set up an office separate from my home for a better work environment. If I had known the headache from the beginning that it would be to merely set up internet service with Spectrum I would have NEVER done so. Literally in the call to set up; I expressed I did not need any other services besides internet over and over. By the time I was done; I ofcourse had this agent LaShanda or something close to that; had me set up with business internet and phone. Next day I am meeting the internet man for set up and I express to him I Do Not Want phone service. I did not want to cancel my cell pjan with AT&T and transfer to Spectrum which was what they wanted to do. So he called in and was on phone forever. Apparently he didnt come out with the correct equipment either so he needed to set that up. It was big long drawn out experience but supposedly he got it rendered. I kept the internet for 3 months and it wasnt working out with the seperate office in town so I cancelled it because I had no contract or obligation which is why I tried it in first place just to "see". Then the same month I get a bill for the phone service! When you go on my account it shows I am recieving No Services I have reached out I cannot get anyone to assist me. There is not an email contact even for customer service so you cannot keep a written documentation so the calls just get lost and your on hold forever. This is now about to be July and I have been paying almost 6 mths for a service I dont even have. Its absurd. I cannot cancel my auto pay because system wont all me. Please Help!
