I am having a horrible unreliable services always down no internet my paying speed is 500 and not even getting what I am paying getting 200 of speed of less daily basis I am with no services raising prices for bad unreliable services they are thieves and corrupt doing what ever the feel with customers very bad billing practices for a mess up services a very bad company who don't care about if you get good or bad services the only care to ripoff customer and stealing money

Recommendation: Stay away from this corrupt company

Dealing with frequent service outages and unreliable internet is unacceptable, especially when prices keep going up. It’s even more aggravating when a company doesn’t seem to care about the quality of service they provide, focusing only on billing customers.

You deserve consistent, reliable service and transparent billing practices. I hope Spectrum takes your complaints seriously and makes the necessary improvements. You shouldn’t have to deal with such poor service when you’re paying good money for it.

Spectrum is awful. I have been trying to get an issue resolved sin February 4, 2026 to date (2/9/26). Still not resolved. When I began my first chat on 2/6/26, the end result was that the Chat representatives (there were 2 of them) could not resolve my issue with Guide and that an “escalation representative would contact me. The Escalation Technician contacted me and an appointment was scheduled for 2/8/26 with a Technician between 4:00pm and 5:00pm. I told the escalation technician that I was not being sent texts of outage. She said she would look into that issue. On 2/8/26 No technician showed; no notification text was sent to my cellphone. On February 8th, I spoke with an escalation technician who scheduled another appointment for 2/9/26 between 2:00pm – 3:00pm (I had to reschedule a medical appointment). Guess what – no technician, no notification of an outage was texted to my cell phone. These “outages” have now been ongoing for over 1 week. I never received any notification text sent to my phone. The biggest insult is that I got my Spectrum bill with an increase in my payment. Spectrum is corrupt and and do not value their customers. Their prices go up but their services go down!
